ALPHA ³ SPIM addon -显微镜升级光片显微镜

ALPHA3 设计用于将普通显微镜上升级为光片显微镜（Light-sheet microscope）.该系统能够提供光片显微成像的独特优势：
-尽量避免样品的光漂白和光毒性影响
-高性能光学切片
-整个样品快速成像采集

ALPHA³提供了很多额外的优点：
-3D成像时不需要移动样品，样品本身不会被扰动。采集速度也不受限于机械移动速度。
-3D成像的速度只取决于相机的帧频，故可应用于活样品的快速过程成像。
-模块化设计，可以很容易用于不同的实验条件。
-可以直接在商业化荧光显微镜基础上进行升级。
